Barbecued Chicken - Great Summer Recipe

Entertaining friends and family by inviting them to a BBQ is great fun over the summer months.  The following recipe is easy to prepare and will have your guests asking for second helpings:



1-1/2 chickens cut into eighths (or 5 chicken breasts)

1 jar marmalade

1/2 cup mayonaise

4 tablespoons chili sauce

2 tablespoons olive oil


Mix all 4 of the ingredients together and spread evenly over the chicken.

Place chicken in a covered dish and marinate in refrigerator for at least 4 hours before grilling.

Grill for 5 minutes on a very hot grill.

Then move the chicken to a cooler area of the grill and cook slowly for approximately 45 minutes, being careful not to burn

Chicken breasts removed from the bone will take much less time to cook on the grill


Enjoy the chicken and the accolades you will receive from your happy guests.
